I don't usually get annoyed by small things like this, but... I dunno if she's having a bad day, but my Bio teacher surely isn't in a good mood.

I had to redo some test questions that I got wrong from a previous test, so I gave it in to her just before I left to lunch and she told me "why didn't you give this in this morning!? I'll accept it, but you should've given it this morning." The teachers were at a meeting. I couldn't! I mean, that's why we had a delayed opening!

Also, she told me that I need to step up this new marking period. Apparently, I missed a lot of assignments "due to my absences". 10 of them to be exact. So she told me to be on top of things this time around. And sure, that's straightforward and whatnot and I shouldn't be mad, buuuuut... Every time I'm absent, I make it a point to talk with teachers about what I missed. Talk. Not just say "wat i missed" and move on! She isn't an exception. Every time I was absent, she'd tell me "oh you missed a few notes" and I'd ask "anything else" and I'd get "just get the notes!" Sometimes I'd get an assignment I missed, but otherwise, she just tells me to get the notes. And my classmates don't seem to have had an assignment the times I was out. And if they did, the teacher told me about them beforehand. SO! I AM on top of things. But for some reason, no one is telling me the other things I apparently need to be on top of.

It's silly to get mad at this, but I dunno. It kinda irks me.

I don't like the SATs at all.

It's not because the tests are hard. In fact, the questions are fairly easy and I pretty much can do everything. What I don't like? The time limit. My pace isn't too fast and apparently isn't fast enough for the test. I knew pretty much everything for the Math SAT test, I'm sure I did. The problem? Once you get past the "oh it's obvious the answer is so-and-so" stuff and you get to the "hmmm" stuff and you gotta think, half the time is already over. And yet you still have little more than half the test to go. I was at about question 36 when there was 10 minutes left. At that point I said screw it and just did what I knew off the bat. I ended up not doing a 1/4 of the test.

I guess if I got everything that I did right my score shouldn't be bad at all, but still. I think the one thing I really have to work on is my pace more than what I know. Because I know this. I'm just not fast enough! Ah well, here's hoping I did well.

ANYWAYS! In about an hour, I'll go meet up with my friend who is taking an extra subj. test and then we'll go hang around town for a bit and then come back to my house for some gaming and such.

[info]hiimdaisy  made another Persona 4 comic YAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!
This totally made my day AWESOME. Even though I haven't played P4 in ages (actually since summer) I still love that game to bits so this made me incredibly happy since the first one was awesome and I was hoping for a 2nd ever since!! YAAAY

Oh and also, Halloween. I did end up going to NYC for the parade at night. It was really really crazy, especially since it was in the village, which seems to be a kinda crazy place at night anyways. It was drizzling, so I used my umbrella but in like a second I went from kinda wet to DRENCHED because it started pouring REAAAALLY HARD all of a sudden and I got wet so much even though I had my umbrella up. My friend and I ended up eating at a place called the Silver Spurs which, judging by the way the menu options sounded and commentary in it, was a pirate themed restaurant! THEY ALSO HAD THE BEST FRIES EVER. No lie. After we ate, it stopped raining and then we saw people with even crazier / creepier costumes. Not the scary creepy kind, mind you. The creepy creepy kind. All in all, it was as fun as Halloween can get, I guess! I couldn't see much of the parade though since I was too short to see over the tall people. But still wasn't a bad night!

And today, we went to Mitsuwa for the fall food fair thing, but by the time we got there almost everything was sold out. But we did get to dry these cake things (I forgot the name) and they were AMAAAAAZING so I picked up a 5-pack!

Anyways, I have the week off but I have a ton of Bio homework to do so I'm going to go to bed early (3:30 is early) so I can wake up earlier than I usually do on the days off to do work.

YAY! A WEEK OFF! Not a complete week off since I have a lot of Bio work, but something is way better than nothing! I've been wanting a week break for a while now since we've been so busy at school and here it is! :D

Also, it's just 2 AM, but

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! c: I might be going to the Halloween parade in NYC in the afternoon. I'm not too sure at the moment, though.

In other news, I reformatted my laptop! It feels and looks as good as new! AND SAFARI DIDN'T CRASH WHEN I TRIED TO UPDATE! YAAAY. Good choice was good.
